where art becomes a character

Stressed over holiday shopping, decorating, and the potential calorie intake?  Sit back, relax, and enjoy a night of drama and laughter with us at the next staged reading by Hub Theatre on December 9 at 7:30pm. And, it’s FREE!

FIRST LOVE by Charles Mee

When Edith shoves Harold off a park bench sparks fly. So what if they are over seventy?  They are falling in love – for the first time. And, as they work their way toward one another through the accumulated baggage of their lives, they move in fits and starts toward sabotaging the last chance for love they’ll ever have.  A comedy about first times and last chances.

  1. Thanks for the comment. These are always some of our most popular programs and we enjoy the interaction of the visual and performance arts. I’ll pass along your comments to our partners at the Hub Theatre as well. Thanks again for starting our new year off with such kind words.
